Ma'at acrylic painting on papyrus on canvas

Ma'at is the Egyptian Goddess of Justice.

I painted her while on a 3 month trip to Egypt in 2003. You see, I was working at a crappy temp job that laid me off every year for 3 months so they wouldn't have to pay benefits. It was cheaper for me to fly to Egypt and get an apartment there for $300/month than to stay in the Bay Area. It was also a lot more fun.

This painting is painted on papyrus which is mounted on a 9 x 12 stretched canvas.

Framing and shipping are calculated separately.
